Safety and Health Management Policy
APR makes safety and health management a top priority for the company and builds a safe workplace through the roles and responsibilities of all employees and stakeholders as follows.
- ① All employees and stakeholders shall faithfully fulfill their roles and responsibilities in occupational health and safety activities to achieve a “Zero Accident” workplace.
- ② We shall comply with domestic and international occupational health and safety laws and regulations, as well as internal safety and health policies.
- ③ We shall enhance employees’ safety awareness and establish a strong safety culture through continuous safety education and training.
- ④ We shall continuously improve accident prevention by proactively identifying and mitigating hazardous and risk factors at all workplaces.
- ⑤ We shall provide sufficient human and material resources necessary for the operation of the occupational health and safety management system.
- ⑥ Based on workers’ participation and consultation, we shall operate the occupational health and safety management system to create a safe and sustainable working environment.

APR’s Occupational Safety and Health organization strictly complies with relevant safety and health regulations and operates a prevention-oriented safety culture based on its safety and health management system and objectives.

Occupational Safety and Health Activities
APR places the health and safety of its employees as a top priority in corporate operations and continues to promote systematic occupational safety and health management activities. To identify and prevent risk factors that may lead to industrial accidents, APR conducts regular safety inspections and risk assessments. In addition, the company continues to expand investments in facility and work environment improvements to create a safer and more comfortable workplace. APR also strengthens employees’ safety awareness and enhances accident prevention capabilities by providing regular safety and health training programs and emergency response drills for all employees. Furthermore, to actively reflect employees’ opinions, APR operates communication channels for collecting worker feedback at all times and continues to promote on-site improvement activities and communication. The company also shares safety and health standards and management systems with its business partners and supports regular inspections and training, thereby fostering a safe and healthy working environment.
Occupational Safety and Health Management System
APR’s manufacturing sites¹ responsible for producing devices and other products—including the 1st Campus in Gasan and the 2nd and 3rd Campuses in Pyeongtaek—recognize the importance of occupational safety and health management and have obtained ISO 45001 certification, the international standard for Occupational Safety and Health Management Systems, as part of their commitment to becoming a sustainable company. This certification demonstrates APR’s commitment to placing the safety and health of its employees as a top priority and to establishing a management system aimed at preventing industrial accidents and creating a safe working environment.¹ APR FACTORY
