Empty Container Collection Program
APR operates the “Empty Container Collection Zero Campaign” to minimize environmental impacts arising from the post-consumption stage of its products. This eco-friendly social contribution initiative collects used containers to reduce unnecessary waste and promote a lifestyle where the environment and skin can coexist.

Use of Eco-Friendly Packaging Materials
APR uses paper certified with the FSC mark, sourced from responsibly managed forests, and applies soy-based ink with a high plant-derived content instead of conventional inks that contribute to air pollution. In addition, we use 100% recyclable eco-friendly paper cushioning materials to ensure safe product delivery while protecting the environment.



Launch of Vegan Products Free from Animal-Derived Ingredients
APR’s low-irritation beauty brand, Aprilskin, has launched vegan products for consumers who pursue value-driven consumption. By excluding animal-derived ingredients to support animal welfare, these products have obtained the internationally recognized “EVE VEGAN” certification, which is granted through rigorous verification processes.



Expansion of Eco-Friendly Packaging
APR is prioritizing the use of easy-to-remove (separable) labels* on cosmetic packaging to enhance recyclability, and is making efforts to reduce single-use plastics by incorporating refill pouches in certain product sets. In addition, for some Medicube products, conventional metal-coated caps have been replaced with PP (polypropylene) caps to minimize the environmental impact associated with the metal coating process.
*Separable label: A label designed to be easily removed from the container during the recycling process, thereby improving recycling rates.
