Report a Vulnerability

If you believe you have identified a potential security vulnerability in an APR product or mobile application, please report it to us using the following contact:

To help us review and assess your report, please include, where applicable:

  • the affected product or mobile application;
  • the product model, firmware version, or mobile application version;
  • the date on which the potential vulnerability was identified;
  • a description of the potential vulnerability;
  • the prerequisites and conditions required to reproduce the issue;
  • steps required to reproduce the issue;
  • the testing environment and any modifications made to the product or application;
  • the methods or tools used to identify the issue;
  • the potential security impact;
  • whether any personal data, confidential information, or third-party systems were accessed;
  • supporting materials, such as screenshots, logs, or limited proof-of-concept code, if available; and
  • any known or suggested mitigation or remediation.

Supporting materials should be limited to what is reasonably necessary to demonstrate the potential vulnerability and should not include unnecessary personal data, credentials, confidential information, or harmful code.

APR may contact the reporting party to request additional information or provide updates regarding the assessment. APR may be unable to investigate reports that do not contain sufficient supporting information.
